The deck overlooking Laudholm Farms comes with new patio furniture, tables for outdoor dining, lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun and night lights for evening enjoyment. The house features spacious bedrooms along with split duct air conditioning and heating units and adjacent bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is designed to be a private get-a-way. This space features a Jacuzzi tub, large vanity, small wet bar, seating area, a pull out sofa bed, a king size master bed and a large closet.
This house is so unique that the fully finished lower level is designed to be a kids dreamland. The lower level features a small arcade, a full home theater with complete AV hookup's (through wireless connection), a gym equipped with cardio machines and free weights as well as a fully functioning office.
